He graduated from the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education of the University of Belgrade at the Department of Physical Education.He gained experience in education working as a teacher in primary schools “Jovan Sterija Popović” and “Milan Rakić” in Belgrade. While working in these schools, he won several medals at municipal and city competitions in different sports. He played sports professionally as a player for the Volleyball Club “Partizan” from Belgrade. He has many years of experience in volleyball coaching, with the highest “A” license. He is the head of the expert staff of the Volleyball Club “As” from Belgrade, with whom he won several medals at national and international championships and tournaments.Since 2011, he has been coaching the women’s pioneer national team of Serbia. He participated twice in the Balkan Championship and won two silver medals. He is the founder and co-author of the sports school program “Sporting”, which is based on the work and improvement of the general motor development of children and young people.

Graduated from the Faculty of Management in Belgrade in 2002. She earned her MA in Economic Sciences in 2009 at the Faculty of Trade and Banking in Belgrade. She is the author of over 20 scientific and professional papers, as well as several books and handbooks in various fields. She has participated in the implementation of over 30 scientific research and development projects. She has several years of experience working as an assistant and lecturer in higher education institutions in the country and abroad, as well as a consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises, associations and institutions. Lidija is an accredited lecturer for the seminar “Management in Health and Sports” by the Health Council of the Republic of Serbia. Furthermore, she is a certified quality coordinator in higher education by AEI – Agency for European Integration and Economic Development from Austria as part of the IPA Twinning project “Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Quality Assurance”.

As a pedagogue, Dragana provides selfless support to all players with her expert advice and innovative methods, taking care to improve their competencies, as well as the quality of educational work.
